The training shall be online on video and PowerPoint, the courses shall be in modules.

The Institute shall award to every Human Resources and Strategic Fellow during the induction two certificates which include:

1. Proficiency Certificate in Human Resources Management, the proficiency certificate will contain the courses taught.

2. Human Resources and Strategic Fellow in Human Resources and Strategic Management respectively.

Members will be given award plaque, membership sticker, lapel and the induction brochure or journal which will contain members biography and photograph the above mentioned will be well package in a laptop bag which is serialized , that means student can not skip one module to another.
