Registration and Payment can be completed at our office located at No. 4 Kolawole Odunsi Street, Off Unity Street, behind Nigeria Customs Service Federal Operation Unit A, Ikeja, Lagos. We operate from Monday to Friday during working hours. Alternatively, registration and payment can also be facilitated through our coordinators and marketers nationwide. All transactions will be receipted.
All payments should be made in favor of either the Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management, account number 0524097897 at GTBank, or IHRSM, account number 2792032796 at Ecobank.
When obtaining the form in person, the following documents are required for submission: evidence of payment, photocopies of credentials, two passport photographs, and a self-addressed envelope.
For online registration, initiate payment to either Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management, account number 0524097897 at GTBank, or IHRSM, account number 2792032796 at Ecobank. You may opt to pay for the application form only or the total package. Upon payment, a registration code will be issued to enable you to fill the online application form. Submit the completed form along with attached photocopies of credentials and evidence of payment, as well as two passport photographs, for processing and documentation. Your receipt and letter of approval of membership, containing your provisional membership number, will be emailed to you promptly.
To access the online application form, candidates must first complete payment of the application fee, which amounts to N5,000. Once the payment is made, a registration code will be generated, allowing candidates to proceed with their online registration. All applications must include academic and professional credentials where necessary, along with two passport photographs.
Thereafter, approval for the professional membership and certification will be sent to you with the
Institute account details for payment, upon part or full payment you will be sent provisional
professional membership number which also serve as your reference number, we will send to you a
link that will take you to lectures site inclusive of the study pack in PDF.
Application Form can be obtained from either Administrative offices or through our marketers, regional and state coordinators in their respective states. Proof of payment of N5,000.00 for the application form should be provided to the Institute accountant or to the institute representative. The filled application form, academic and professional credentials where necessary, and two passport photographs should be submitted at the location where the form was obtained.

An individual must have a minimum qualification of B.Sc or its equivalent in any discipline with working experience of not less than 8 years not necessarily in HR department
An individual must have a minimum qualification of O.N.D or its equivalent in any discipline with working experience of not less than 3 years not necessarily in HR department
An individual must have a minimum qualification of O.N.D or its equivalent in any academic discipline with working experience of not less than 2 years not necessarily in HR department.
