1. For smooth operation and workability of the training, the courses that qualify individual Professional Membership and Certification as Human Resources and Strategic practitioners is well harmonized according to membership.

2. Duration of the lectures/training; 8 weeks of online training which will include Lectures, discussions, demonstrations, case-studies with Mentorship opportunities and professional Examination where necessary.

3. Other materials to keep the prospective members abreast with industry standards, journals and new development in the world of Human Resources and Strategic Management will be made available.
