1. An individual must have a minimum qualification of B.Sc or its equivalent in any discipline with working experience of not less than 8 years  not necessarily in HR department
  2. An individual must exhibit high level of professionalism in human resources and strategic management practice either in private or public establishment
  3. An individual have served the institute diligently and meritoriously for Four years or more of post Full Membership in the event of been a Full Member otherwise it is not necessary
  4. An individual must be out standing in character and attitude
  5. An individual must have demonstrated leadership quality either as an employer or employee
